Über mich

British, but living in Munich for 30 years, I have a non-German perspective. An engineer by education, I worked at Intel for 17 years, leading marketing teams in US and across Europe, before finding my calling as a coach. As a lifelong sports person I have an intrinsic tendency for goal setting and results achievement, and have always been intrigued by the psychology of motivation and success, and what it takes to bring out the best in people - whether in sport, business or life in general.

Part of that is "what makes me tick"? How do I engage and sustain high energy?

Especially in business, how we communicate plays a huge role in how we get things done. Being aware of miscommunication and quickly being able to adjust to a more appropriate style can help the most challenged relationships.

And when things are not working for me, or in my relationships, what do I need to change?

Those are questions I help my clients work through, often using PCM for insights.
