Family-owned businesses are particularly close to her heart, as she herself knows this sector from a wide variety of perspectives—above all as a daughter, wife, and mother. She studied business administration at the Duale Hochschule (BW) and, before becoming self-employed, worked for 10 years both nationally and internationally at a large (external) family-owned business.
She is committed to empowering her clients to respond to others on an individual basis and to establish a new style of leadership in which everyone involved is “brought on board.”
