About me:
I trained as a mechanical engineer, studied theology, and have worked in many professional fields. Alongside roles in youth work, educational work, and student pastoral care, I co-founded two consulting firms. My focus is on team development, coaching, and appreciation training. I currently lead the telephone counseling service in Graz.
In each of my professions, PCM has been and continues to be a valuable tool for me—a communication multitool.
