As a PCM trainer, it is important to me to
offer structured, motivating, and effective
seminars. I support individuals and teams, departments, and change processes. In doing so, I draw on my experience as an advisory board member in the hospitality industry, a KAIZEN Promotion Officer, a project manager, a leader, and a mentor.
