Digital transformation and agile work practices are at the heart of everything I do. Both are essential for keeping pace with the rapidly changing (work) world.

That is why I develop strategies and innovative concepts at the executive level that make it possible to provide as many people as possible with insights into how to deal with these changes.

To pursue this path, as a facilitator, I bring people together so they can gain new perspectives and build bridges with other experts. Through coaching, I help people identify their goals and the path to achieving them.

In my role as an organizational developer, I was able to make a significant contribution to A1’s agile transformation. I am currently playing an active role in shaping the skills development for our technical staff so that we can remain as successful in the future as we are today.

My motto is: “Don’t take everything for granted; break new ground.”

I was able to build my foundation through my many years of experience in the telecommunications industry. During that time, I focused on process analysis, business analysis, and project management. My areas of focus included, among other things, offering and ordering, feasibility studies, and master data management.

When I'm passionate about a topic, I delve deeply into it and love discussing it—both within and outside the company.

With my husband and our daughters, I'm living the life I've always wanted.
