As a trained psychologist, executive, and management consultant, the topic of communication has always been very relevant and valuable to me. Working with people and growing together with them is my passion in my professional life.

Using PCM, I help people take aspects such as self-management, leadership skills, conflict resolution skills, communication skills, and motivation to a whole new level. In doing so, I tailor my approach to the individual wishes and needs of each person.

I incorporate my many years of experience in psychology, sustainable change management, and supporting company-wide transformations into my training sessions. It is of the utmost importance to me that all participants walk away with a valuable learning experience and are able to apply PCM directly in their professional settings.
