After earning my degree in business administration, I began my career in marketing at the daily newspaper “Die Presse.” I successfully led various departments in sales and marketing management for the international corporation OTIS and Telekom Austria.
From the sales sector, my professional path led me into the field of human resources development and training, where I subsequently served as managing director of the international training and consulting firm Achieve Global in Austria. For the past 20 years, I have been an independent management consultant specializing in
human resources and organizational development,
training in the areas of communication, leadership, sales and teamwork, facilitation, and systemic coaching.
