Viktoria Herber is a licensed psychologist and executive coach. She studied developmental psychology, adult education, and A&O in Heidelberg, Klagenfurt, and Moscow. Her passion for people, combined with a subtle perspective on things, enables her to draw on her expertise and extensive training in systemic and business coaching (ECA, ICI), group dynamics, and organizational development (ÖGGO), NLP trainer (ECA, DVNLP, IANLP), PCM trainer (KCG), autogenic training, organizational development, Social Panorama, Spiral Dynamics, Expanded Intuition, Provocative Coaching, hypnotherapy and trauma therapy, body-oriented psychotherapy, systemic therapy, and meditation—and to apply them in a needs-based manner within small and large organizations, as well as in individual and group sessions. For several years, she served as a project manager at a chemical corporation, where she was responsible for a major regional educational project, overseeing management, coordination, planning, and consulting for educational institutions, as well as multidisciplinary collaboration and public relations.
As a trainer, she designs and leads seminars and workshops on communication, conducting employee reviews, “Train the Trainer,” strategy development, intercultural training, and leadership development. Together with her colleagues, she supports small and medium-sized businesses in organizational and cultural development. She advises and coaches executives from corporations, administrators of educational institutions, and individuals facing periods of transition. Many clients confirm that she has a special talent for facilitating groups during real (crisis-like) processes in such a way that every participant is heard and conflicts can be resolved more quickly and constructively. She loves guiding teams to a new level of honest collaboration and, as a result, to stronger performance.
Her energy and ability to think complexly—grasping multiple factors and levels simultaneously—help her address entangled patterns. Her heart and intuition create space for unimaginable possibilities. Her work as a trainer and coach is co-constructive—by perceiving the situation and current circumstances, she opens up a field in which the next step can be taken in many different directions. She finds it particularly inspiring how the solutions look different every time.
Five years ago, she founded a boutique academy for coaching and facilitation in Bremen, where she teaches certified annual programs in systemic and business coaching, facilitation, and group coaching—and, starting in fall 2025, will also offer PCM Fundamentals and PCM Advanced workshops.
