In this seminar, the concepts of the Process Communication Model are applied to the construction industry. The examples and exercises are drawn from the industry, and the focus is on how we can work together to build well through effective communication.
Using your personal PCM profile, you can view yourself from the perspective of your strengths and needs. With this insight, you’ll see everyday situations in a new light and be able to make decisions that align with what you truly need and what’s good for you.
Thanks to your newfound self-awareness, you’re able to understand the behavior and motivations of others as well. You recognize what the person you’re talking to needs at that moment and know exactly how to respond.
You recognize the signs of miscommunication early on and know how to address them. This means you’re able to interact successfully, even (or especially) when the person you’re talking to is testing your patience.
