About me

In die Zusammenarbeit mit meinen Kund:innen bringe ich 20 Jahre Erfahrung aus der Privatwirtschaft ein. Als Unternehmensberaterin steht der Mensch im Zentrum meiner Arbeit. Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen sind idealerweise so gestaltet, dass sie das Potential des Individuums heben. Ich war selbst lange in Führungspositionen, übernehme immer wieder informelle oder interimistische Führungsaufgaben. PCM ist ein (weiteres) Tool, das sehr gut in mein Portfolio passt. Das Wissen darüber ist augenöffnend, die Anwendung öffnet Tür und Tor zu guter Kommunikation. Selbstmanagement ftw (for the win) :)

My contribution as a consultant is my professional experience of more than 20 years in various jobs within various industries. With a unique ability to connect with a wide spectrum of leaders, I have contributed to many success stories, using different methodologies, dealing with changing contents and always focusing on people as the core of my work. PCM is another tool, which enriches my portfolio. Diving into the theory was an eye opener for me; applying it takes communication to the next level.
